Amazon Prime Video streams Iran dubbed miniseries 'Mansion of Darkness'

US video-on-demand service, Amazon Prime Video, has started streaming Iranian series  'Mansion of Darkness' dubbed into Hindi and subtitled in English.   

Following the premiere of the miniseries by Soheil Abdollahi on national streaming services as well as India-based VOD platform Gemplex, the new offering hailing from Iran is being streamed on Amazon Prime.

The series is in the horror genre with Iranian actors such as Morteza Khanjani Ali Abedi, Felora Mokhjtari starring in the production. 

"An architect is invited to renovate a haunted mansion possessed with evil surroundings somewhere in Iran," a synopsis for the series reads. 

 'Mansion of Darkness' has been dubbed into Hindu for the Indian audiences and subtitled in English.

This marks the first time an Iranian indie series has become available for streaming via international VOD platforms.
